Scope Of Work
1.HVAC
a.Provide and install insulated metal duct package to connect to landlord supplied Rooftop
units.
b.Provide and install bathroom/trash room exhaust fans and associated accessories,
louvers, ductwork, thermostat.
c.Install kitchen hoods, trim, welded exhaust duct, rooftop exhaust fans, make up air unit
with ductwork. Provide rigging for rooftop equipment as needed.
d.Provide GRD package per specs and install including fittings, flex connectors, etc.
e.Provide all control wiring.
f.Provide certified air balance service.
g.Provide start up of equipment and replace air filters.
2.Plumbing
a.Provide rough-ins for DWV and water piping.
b.Provide gas piping and connections for interior equipment only.
c.Provide fixture package including water heater and accessories. Install water heater
vent.
d.Provide PVC chase piping/fittings per plans.
e.Install walk-in cooler/freezer condensate drains including heat tape and insulation and
other condensate drains as required.
f.Install connections to related utilities for food service equipment as required.
g.Complete all finish work.
