Scope Of Work
1.Plumbing
a.Provide rough-ins for DWV piping and insulated copper water piping.
b.Provide fixture package as specified. Includes all accessories for fixtures.
c.Set, assemble and connect fixtures as needed. Includes relocation of existing water
heater and new accessories for recirculating hot water, floor drains, cleanouts, etc.
2.HVAC
a.Provide Carrier ductless heat pump equipment and accessories.
b.Provide rigging for rooftop equipment as needed.
c.Provide/install metal duct package as specified. Provide fittings, flex connectors, pipe,
insulation, etc.
d.Provide/install exhaust fans/accessories, electric unit heater, and electric cabinet heaters
as specified.
e.Provide/install GRD package including concentric style for rooftop unit 4.
f.Provide roof rails and portal for ductless system.
g.Provide related demo as required and alterations to existing ductwork/rooftop unit as
specified.
h.Provide condensate drains for ductless system.
i.Startup equipment and set up appropriately. Replace air filters.
