Scope Of Work
Addition of Air Conditioning Equipment for Conference Room
We will provide standard rate labor, equipment, and materials to install an add on air conditioning system onto
existing gas furnace/ductwork. Work as follows:
1.Provide new Goodman equipment
a.[1] M/N:GSX130601 outdoor unit with composite pad, 5-ton/60,000BTU cooling capacity
@13SEER efficiency, R-410 refrigerant
b.[1] M/N:CHPF4860D6 indoor horizontal evaporator coil
2.Install horizontal coil onto existing furnace and adapt to existing ductwork.
3.Install insulated copper refrigerant piping to interconnect evaporator to outdoor unit with control
wiring as needed.
4.Install power wiring/conduit/fittings from panel to outdoor unit. Includes disconnect for outdoor unit.
5.Install condensate drain with auxiliary drain pan and system shut down switch in drain pan. Provide all
hangers/hardware as needed.
6.Revise thermostat and control wiring as needed. Properly seal all wall penetrations.
7.Leak check, evacuate, start system and adjust as needed to complete.
Warranty: 10 years all parts
