Scope Of Work

We will provide standard rate labor and all materials as required including the following work per 

drawing revisions of 3/27/19:?

 

A.Receive and erect all walk-in compartments including [1] combo cooler/freezer and [1] dock 

beer cooler on first level and [1] cooler/freezer/beer cooler combo on lower level.  Includes 

transport of panels to assembly area, erect panels, hang all evaporator coils, install tapered 

membrane roof assemblies (first floor level boxes), hang extra ceiling lights, seal as needed, 

install trim. 

B.Receive and hang exhaust hoods including transport to assembly areas, provide 

hardware/hangers, etc. to hang hoods, install field wrappers, ends, trim as needed.  Includes [4] 

hoods – back to back kitchen hoods, pizza oven hood, dishwasher condensate hood. 

C.Install refrigeration systems (6) 

a.Provide pressure treated materials for base of all outdoor units and set units as shown. 

b.Provide and install insulated copper refrigerant piping/fittings as required to 

interconnect all evaporators with outdoor units. 

c.Provide hangers, clamps, hardware, etc. as required. 

d.Install copper condensate drain piping/fittings for all evaporators to designated floor 

drains.  Includes heat tape and insulation within freezer compartments. 

e.Leak check, evacuate, start, charge with new R-448 refrigerant and adjust as needed. 

f.Provide 1-year warranty.
