Scope Of Work
Remove and replace two (2) existing York 140 ton chillers on roof:
1.Provide and install two (2) York scroll chillers rated at 140 tons cooling capacity each.
2.Remove and dispose of the existing York Millennium Screw chillers.
3.Provide pipe and fittings to connect the new chillers to the existing piping/chilled water pump system.
4.Provide crane to remove and replace the 2 chillers.
5.Install required wiring for primary power and control circuits.
6.Permits will be obtained and displayed Thermotech.
