Scope Of Work

We will provide standard rate labor and materials to complete the following work: 

1.Disconnect refrigeration systems and remove – dismantle existing combo box and remove all 

from site.  Carry panels and unused materials to land fill. 

2.Prepare area to accept new Bally freezer. 

3.Receive new panels and refrigeration equipment on site, carry to assembly area and erect box.  

Seal all panels and install floor angle as required.  Install all trim (provided by others). 

4.Install new insulated copper refrigeration piping to new unit set on roof.  Provide pressure 

treated lumber and rub strips for unit base. 

5.Install insulated copper drain piping with heat tape and insulation as needed to existing floor 

drain. 

6.Connect power to outdoor unit from disconnect by others.  Connect power to evaporator coil.  

Connect power to door panel and all lighting. 

7.Leak check, evacuate, start, charge with new R-448A refrigerant and adjust to complete. 

8.Provide seal of roof penetration as needed. 

9.Provide warranty service for 1 year.
