Scope Of Work

We will provide standard rate labor, transportation and materials as required to install the following: 

[1] -10 degree F freezer system 

[2] +35 degree F cooler systems 

[2] Manitowoc ice cubers with remote condensing units 

[1] American Panel three compartment combo box 

Work to include: 

A.Receive panels on site, transport to installation area and erect all in properly prepared level area.  

Seal all panels as required.  Install trim if required. 

B.Set outdoor units onto roof [5].  Rails or curbs by others.  Hang evaporator coils [5].  Set up of ice 

maker chassis by others. 

C.Install insulated copper refrigerant lines with fittings, traps, etc. as required.  Provide and install 

hangers, clamps, etc. (for [3] walk-in systems and [2] ice machine systems) 

D.Provide guidance for site electricians/plumbers as needed. 

E.Leak check, evacuate all systems, start up, charge with new R-404 refrigerant, adjust and check 

to complete. 

F.Provide workmanship warranty.
