Scope Of Work

We will provide standard rate labor, fixtures, exhaust fans and materials to revise existing plumbing work 

for new bathroom(s) layout as follows: 

 

1.Provide [5] mid-grade Kohler flow mounted tank type ADA toilets with accessories, [4] 

Kohler/Moen wall hung lavs with accessories and carriers and [1] Elkay bi-level water cooler with 

accessories. 

2.Provide [2] Fantech dual inlet exhaust fan assemblies with electronic wall timers and ductwork 

to outside unless existing exhaust duct is sufficient. 

 

Site load calculations for the three main areas of new construction for this project indicate a relatively 

higher heating load than is really practical for use of ductless/inverter technology without other auxiliary 

equipment being needed.  I have selected equipment that is short of the actual cooling capacities and 

even a little short on the heating side as well, but not enough to be of notice except on extreme 

situations.  The most economical approach from a placement standpoint, which I used for the budget is 

conventional split system heat pumps with electric auxiliary.  There may be other fuel options that are 

not used here and/or not known of their availability.  Also, pricing is based on conventional single-phase 

equipment but use of three phase equipment would be recommended if easily available.  Three phase 

would add approx. $3,000.00 to budget.   

 

We will provide the following Amana/other equipment as follows: 

A.Entry/box office area 

[2] Qmark fan forced electric wall heater 3.5/4 KW each 

[1] 48” baseboard electric heater (in ticket sales booth) (no air conditioning or air curtain 

included in this area) 

       B.    Theater lobby/bar area 

[1] 5-ton 14SEER ducted heat pump system with 15kw auxiliary electric heat 

[1] Insulated metal duct package with ceiling diffusers and central hi/low return 

[1] Commercial grade WIFI programmable thermostat 

Air handler installed suspended in right storage area adjacent to main entry with duct  

extended across ceiling and air diffused via appropriate diffusers dropped in ceiling.  

Return through attached wall and terminated on that wall.  Condensing unit onto flat 

roof above entry area and connected.  Condensate pumped onto roof. Outside air is 

included. 

C.Black box theater 

[2] 4-ton 14SEER ducted heat pump system with 20kw auxiliary electric heat each. 

[2] Metal duct packages consisting of fire dampers through wall, exposed spiral duct 

with appropriate diffusers installed in spiral duct.  Return through central hi/low grills in 

 

 

wall adjacent with fire dampers.  Air handlers to be installed suspended in left storage 

area adjacent to main entry and duct extended through fire wall into theater area at an 

agreed height. 

[2] Commercial grade WIFI programmable thermostats.   

Condensing units onto flat roof above entry area and connected.   Condensate pumped 

onto roof.   

Outside air is included.  

No other inclusions for other areas with this budget.
