Scope Of Work
Plumbing – Base Bid
Provide materials and labor to complete the following:
A.Disconnect and remove plumbing related work in break room/kitchenette. Cap utilities as
needed.
B.Disconnect and remove [2] toilets for new floor installation and reset after including new seals,
bolts and supply lines. Seal and caulk all areas as needed.
C.Install new plumbing for new kitchenette as needed. Kitchen fixtures supplied by others*.
Alternate Bid
A.Disconnect and remove [1] toilet and [1] vanity top and related accessories.
B.Excavate floor as needed to rough in DWV piping for new ADA bathroom layout.
C.Rough in water for new lav location.
D.Provide and install new ADA toilet with right flush handle and new ADA wall hung lav with
hospital grade faucet and wall carrier. Fixtures include accessories as required.
