Scope Of Work
This office building was built for a growing business in Ft. Wayne and was to be their headquarters. The building, located in an industrial park in northern Ft. Wayne, was designed by Lynn with WKM and Associates providing the architectural services.
The exterior materials of this building are maintenance free with the use of E.I.F.S., also referred to as “stucco”, for the sidewalls and a standing seam metal roof.
