Scope Of Work
Bay Colony consists of four stand only office buildings adjacent to the Cambridge Reservoir in Waltham, MA and is regarded as the premier office park in suburban Boston.
JC&A has partnered with Boston Properties and their tenants on more than 15 successful tenant improvement projects throughout 950, 1000, 1050 and 1100 Winter Street.
We also completed the repositioning of 1100 Winter Street which consists of common corridors, 12 bathroom cores, cafe, atrium slab infills, elevator upgrades, glass enclosed elevator shafts in the atriums and high end finishes throughout.
