Scope Of Work
JC&A has completed several medical treatment centers for Fresenius, the world’s largest integrated provider of products and services for individuals undergoing dialysis.
Nearly 2,000,000 SF and 26 beds in Massachusetts.
All work was completed while the facilities were fully functional and treating patients.
The projects required all new treatment piping throughout and the flooring in the patient areas required shot blasting, grinding, Ardex waterproofing, skim coating and a lock together rubberized flooring system.
The projects also included new nurse stations and patient centers as well as new millwork throughout.
