Scope Of Work
The new mixed office/lab space will include a brand new brewing lab, to be utilized for brewer testing.
The new office space will be an open office concept and will include new conference rooms.
In addition, new project construction will involve supplemental cooling for the lab areas and 1700 LF of underground plumbing.
