Scope Of Work
The project included 50,000 square feet of new space as well as 15,000 square feet of electronic labs.
The space is an open workspace concept with multiple options for conferencing and breakout meetings.
Highlights include fully integrated AV throughout the conference rooms and breakout areas; a flexible cafe and training rooms with folding walls; and state-of- the-art engineering labs.
Additionally, the team installed all new HVAC and electrical systems including a DI water system, compressed air services in labs, numerous Leibert units and a large UPS unit.
