Turnkey ground up construction site work to punchlist execution. ?12,000 sq. ft. pre-engineered building turned into Class-A office for Allstate Office interiors design resource center. Custom front building elevation including ACM panels, Veneer stone, vestibule entrances, and glass curtain wall. Interactive fully automated basketball training facility fitout in tenant space.
