Scope Of Work
Members of the public who have business at the courts or in the Town of Leesburg may now park in one of the 717 spaces in a new three-bay, four-level parking garage there. Shockey recently completed the county government’s planned parking garage, which includes LED light fixtures, emergency generator, and CCTV.
Sitework included the construction of an extension at Church Street and associated storm water management and streetscaping.
The top level of the new garage will be used only for the county government’s fleet vehicles and is secured with gate access. The garage stands behind the current Pennington surface lot near the corner of Church and North streets.
