Scope Of Work
Its owner called it “the most attractive parking structure in the Commonwealth of Virginia”. This impressive facility served as the keystone for Winchester Medical Center’s ongoing campus expansion. A decision to add two additional levels during construction was a challenge successfully met by the design-build team.
When Valley Health needed more parking on campus, the owner used this design as a prototype, and Shockey as the builder.
