Scope Of Work
Adaptive reuse of the old Harrison movie theater that has been closed for over a dozen years. The project is a mixed-use, transit-oriented development that will add 36 luxury rental units as well as a new street-level café on Purdy Street and refurbished stores on Harrison Avenue.
