Milnes Construction, founded in 1972, is a widely diversified construction firm with an aggressive approach toward assisting clients in planning and constructing their future. Our projects range from commercial and financial structures to healthcare facilities to hotels. We have a long history in the construction of water and wastewater treatment facilities.
