Scope Of Work
Milnes has been operating their Engineering, Construction and Surveying divisions from their current location at 12 Frear Hill Road in Tunkhannock, since 1995. Our team put our minds together to design and build the 10,000 square foot structure which is custom tailored to the company’s unique structure. Engineering, drafting, and survey services are located in the east wing. Construction occupies the west, and administration is centralized. The wings are separated by a large shared conference room.
