Scope Of Work
An interesting project for Milnes, consisting of renovations to the 8th floor of a historical bank building located in Scranton. The existing space was demolished making way for new office and equipment space constructed using all new state of the art utilities as well as a full remodel of the elevator lobby and complete re-design of existing restrooms. The project was detail oriented to combine preservation of historical aspects while increasing modern functionality of the existing space.
