Glass Enterprises Inc.

Glass Enterprises Incorporated (GEI) opened on October 1, 1984 employing five full-time employees. The business began as an insulated glass manufacturer and has since become a manufacturer of insulated glass, tempered glass, a glass fabricator as well as a flat glass and a Kawneer metal distributor. Glass Enterprises, Inc. is the largest manufacturer of commercial insulated glass and distributor of flat glass in Eastern Pennsylvania.

The original Glass Enterprises, Inc. was established in the Arsenal Business Center, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in a 10,000 square foot building. In three years, Glass Enterprises, Inc. outgrew that facility and moved within the same complex to a 21,000 square foot facility upgrading the insulating line and increasing its workforce to approximately twenty employees. Subsequently, in 1994 Glass Enterprises, Inc. relocated to its current location, a 40,000 square foot facility in Bensalem, Pennsylvania.

Since that time Glass Enterprises, Inc. has added a new state-of-the-art glass insulating line, glass tempering furnace, glass cutting machinery, and edgework machinery.
