George Ward's Bio
In addition to corporate leadership responsibilities, George leads Aldrich + Associates’ business development and marketing efforts to position the company for project opportunities that align with the business strategy and core values of the organization. With his depth of construction experience, collaborative approach, and his attention to detail, George has helped the organization grow and develop to become a significant market presence within the Pacific Northwest. George continues to play an active role in leading projects through preconstruction. His creative problem solving and track record of leading teams in achieving even the most challenging project goals is a value add to project teams and his excellent management skills have helped the Aldrich team build enduring client relationships.
George began in the industry as a draftsman and laborer until he joined Aldrich + Associates in 1998. Outside of work, George has developed deep roots in the Seattle area. He is an active member in his community, serves on the board of directors for Seattle’s Union Gospel Mission, and shares his love of skiing, golf, and soccer with his friends and family.

Jim Brink's Bio
Jim has over 40 years of construction experience and through his leadership, vision and guidance, Aldrich has grown and developed services that set them apart from other general contractors. Jim is an advocate for his clients and is heavily involved with each of his projects to ensure continuity of project intent and to be available as an additional resource to the project management team. His passion for the business and his deep understanding of construction market trends and cost estimating are an essential part of the firm's continued growth and its ability to retain client loyalty.
Jim began working in the construction industry in 1975 and has been a valuable member of the Aldrich team since 1988. Outside of work, Jim enjoys traveling, scuba diving, and an active lifestyle in the Seattle area along with his wife, two children, and four grandchildren.

John Schuh's Bio
john has over 25 years of management experience and leads operations and the project management teams at Aldrich. His close supervision allows for partnering with clients as they benefit from his active involvement on their projects.
John began working in the construction industry in 1991 and has been a key member of the Aldrich team since 1995. Outside of work, John enjoys golfing, outdoors, and spending time with his wife while supporting his son in baseball and his daughter in dance.

Estimating, Purchasing & Preconstruction
Nate Jensen's Bio
Nate brings great depth of experience estimating a variety of projects, including phased and occupied renovations of laboratories, inpatient hospitals, medical office buildings, primary and specialty care tenant improvements, and acute-care projects. Nate is a good listener, communicator and collaborator.
My role is to keep everyone advised of project costs during preconstruction, including first costs versus payback on maintenance and energy savings. I will provide a reliable cost model from concept to GMP, supporting stewardship of client resources to meet project goals and objectives.—Nate Jensen

Brett Lantz's Bio
Brett has almost 25 years of progressive financial experience, mostly in the construction industry. In Brett’s role as controller, he oversees all aspects of accounting, financial reporting and budgeting.

Matt Perhatch's Bio
After more than a decade as a superintendent managing some of Aldrich’s most complex, multi-phase projects in critical patient care environments, Matt’s skill and leadership qualities earned him our general superintendent and safety officer position.
As safety officer and general superintendent, Matt has oversight on the continuing education and training of safety, Lean practices, and infection control for all field personnel. Matt supports the team in logistics planning and onsite investigations during preconstruction.
My goal is to create relationships that continue beyond the first project. My job is to ease everyone’s concerns through communication, safety, and accountability.— Matt Perhatch
