Scope Of Work
The Frisco High School Addition and Renovation project, built for the Frisco Independent School District, included the addition and renovation of an 85,000 square foot high school campus located in Frisco, TX. The facility supports over 2,100 students. The school was constructed on a slab-on-grade and structural concrete foundation with a steel structural frame. An exterior consisting of masonry block and metal panels and a built-up roof completed the construction. The project also featured geothermal drilling and the installation of a geothermal heating and cooling system, site work consisting of parking areas and paving, and additions to the campus of a classroom wing, gymnasium, and auditorium. Due to CORE's project coordination, the Frisco High School Additions and Renovation project was completed during the school year with minimal disruption to educational operations.
