Scope Of Work
The Lansdowne Terrace Senior Apartments project, built for Park Ridge Apartments, LTD, included the new construction of a four-story, 156,511 square foot senior living community located in Lutz, FL. The facility functions as an independent living community and houses 160 apartment units with one-, two-, and three-bedroom suites. The senior living community was constructed to include fully equipped electric kitchens, walk in closets, and wheelchair accessible bathrooms with roll-in showers. The project also features an open gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar, pool with ramp access, laundry room, library, game room for shuffleboard and billiards, computer room, resident lounges, and a covered picnic area with barbeque grill. The Lansdowne Terrace Senior Apartments now offers affordable services to the aging population of Hillsborough County.
