Scope Of Work
This project was a build out in a grey shell medical office condo complex were there was no existing slab for the space. Most of the utilities needed to be brought into the space and included extensive underground plumbing, electric, vacuum, and compressed air for all of the dental equipment and delivery systems. There were custom built dental units for both delivery systems and X-rays. The project required close coordination with tenant, architect, and dental equipment provider.
