Scope Of Work

Minuta Architecture was Awarded in 2005 to assist with a $50M bond project with work in 14 buildings spanning 3 municipalities and a student population of roughly 11,000 students. We assisted with Facilities & Planning and building condition  surveys, pre-design, public bond vote and implementation of the project. We worked with the District to understand their needs and implement them. Hazardous materials surveys and abatement plans project scheduling and working with the Construction Managers ensured project success. Our firm obtained all SED approvals for permitting and funding, including meeting all applicable building codes, and NYS SED facilities and planning requirements and final project closeout documents require by the NYS Education Department.

Our firm was humbled to be awarded again as part of the 2007 Bond of $73 million.

Minuta Architecture and their team of consultants performed with professionalism, flexibility and steadfast resolve where needed. We believe the building codes are a minimum standard of safety and where else should that apply, but in the buildings our children occupy. Our work was completed on time and on budget. After successfully completing the contract term in December 2014 Mr. Minuta was elected to the NECSD School Board and will serve until June 2018 when his term expires.
