Shingobee has provided tenant improvement construction of five Crisp & Green restaurants for various franchisees since 2018.
The first franchise location in Dinkytown, Minneapolis, involving renovation of a building on the Historic Register, near the University of Minnesota campus.
Maple Grove, MN, in a new building near the Arbor Lakes development
Highland Park, St. Paul, MN, involving the renovation of an existing restaurant building
Chanhassen, MN, in the newly renovated 79th Street Center
Fargo, ND, in the Prairie Stone Retail Center
