Scope Of Work
The St. Cloud location of this burger restaurant was the first in Minnesota for the East Coast-based chain. Shingobee remodeled an existing restaurant space to create the restaurant; the 2,600 square foot location seated 70.
A decade later, Shingobee provided complete interior and exterior renovations for the same store.
We have also constructed tenant improvements for Five Guys restaurants in Duluth, Mankato, Albertville, Rochester, and Baxter, Minnesota; and at Wisconsin locations in Eau Claire, Baraboo (Wisconsin Dells), and Wausau.
