Scope Of Work
Shingobee provided construction of this four-story wood-framed building for Residence Inn by Marriott with 127 keys and indoor pool. The building contains lobby and public areas, guest rooms, indoor pool, and fitness area. The work included adjoining outdoor areas, and new site improvements included parking, walks, landscaping, on-site utility services, and tie-ins.
Construction was started in November 2017, with a substantial amount of site and underground utility work in preparation for the construction of the building. Footings were formed and placed by early December, while weather was still warm enough to place concrete. When the extreme cold weather arrived, heated enclosures were utilized to place the slab on grade for the building.
The project was completed for owner occupancy in early December 2018.
