Scope Of Work
Shingobee provided construction of the first Minnesota location of Alamo Drafthouse Cinema in 2018, for Woodbury Lakes owner RPT Realty. As the new anchor of the renovated shopping center, it provides an experiential draw to attract shoppers.
The interior includes a full service bar and dining experience offered within each theater, along with a stand-alone bar/restaurant, “Vetted Well,” and a large commercial kitchen. The restaurant expands with a porch on the building’s exterior for fair-weather dining. Unique finishes, interior and exterior, convey a rustic / contemporary appearance in Classic Texan style.
