G.V.W. Incorporated specializes in commercial construction projects, from churches, schools, tenant improvement build-outs and low rise office and industrial buildings to various retail projects in the New England area.

The day to day operations of G.V.W. Incorporated are conducted by a select group of experienced and highly motivated construction professionals, many of whom have been with the firm for more than 10 years. Each project is coordinated by a Project Manager and supervised by a Project Superintendent, who are supported by a complete staff of management and accounting professionals.

G.V.W.'s building shell experience includes industrial tilt-ups, office buildings, research and development facilities, retirement facilities, and retail centers, incorporating all major structural elements and methods. Our extensive tenant improvement assignments have included offices, banks, high-tech labs, clean rooms, computer centers, medical suites, and restaurants.

Our clients include real estate developers, religious & educational institutions, property management firms, asset managers, health maintenance organizations, legal and financial professionals, financial institutions, aerospace facilities, universities, and public agencies.
