Scope Of Work

G.V.W. completed an expansion at the Massachusetts State Archives Building consisting of two new floor levels to the building, a new interior ramp, and miscellaneous upgrades in the public restrooms as well as rebuilding the existing exterior ramps at the building entrance. The project highlights include steel framing and decks, metal framing, sheathing and air barrier, masonry and concrete work, roofing, doors and windows, mechanical, electrical, and utility work, and all necessary carpentry work. Included was interior finishes satisfactory to the professional concrete appeal of the existing building.
