Scope Of Work
G.V.W. completed renovations on a six-story historical building, transforming it into 40 apartments for students and families within the Colleges of Fenway. This project included a full interior demolition and fit-out, including installation of new electrical, mechanical, fire protection, plumbing and refurbishing of existing elevator as well as adding a floor to the existing building and a floor to the back of the building. The major part of this project was the interior finishes such as carpet, LVT, ceramic tiling, mill-work, and painting to create a welcoming space for residents.
