HPI Construction is a full service General Contractor providing design-build services, ground-up construction and interior finish-out in Texas. Our company is committed to high quality and cost effective construction with a strong emphasis on meeting each clients’ needs.

HPI Construction has completed many large, ground-up construction projects, as well as, small, interior build-out projects. We understand the time critical nature of construction projects and have the experience and resources to meet aggressive, fast-track schedules while still delivering a high quality finished project.

HPI Construction was acquired by Dana and Charlie Swanson from Jodie Hajdik, who founded the company in the mid?1980s. Prior to becoming owners they were employees of HPI Construction for over 7 years and independently maintained all business and construction operations for the last 2 years. Charlie and Dana each have years of experience in the construction industry. HPI Construction was originally founded on and continues to maintain dedication to serving our clients and treating our vendors and sub? contractors with respect and integrity. As a result, many of HPI Construction’s clients are repeat clients, and a number of our vendors and subcontractors have worked with us for 15+ years.
