Specialty Building Systems, Inc. has been the area's Duradek®/Durarail® Systems distributor since 1992, having been certified to train dealers in the installation of both systems.  Working with various architects, engineers & builders, we have experienced a steady growth throughout the northeast.

The Duradek® System is a waterproofing, single-ply, sheet vinyl that is installed, fully adhered, over any solid surface such as concrete, plywood or existing fiberglass.  It comes in various colors, textures and thicknesses  ranging from 45 to 60 mil.  Fully engineered for pedestrian traffic, it's main use has been on decks, balconies and walkways.  It has also been utilized as the final roof membrane on flat roofs over living or recreation areas  -  the results were outstanding.   Since Duradek® is sold only to trained Dealers, there is also a warranty on both the material and labor.
                                                
The Durarail® System is the perfect compliment to any exterior finish.  With it's sturdy aluminum construction, Durarail® is designed for hassle-free, fast installation of components that are lightweight and simple.  In either the component glass system or the welded picket system, Durarail® has been developed, tested and engineered to exceed industry standards.  It's durable, powder coated finish ensures no rusting, rotting, peeling or the need for repainting.
