E. Earle Downing, Inc. was started on January 19, 1938 by E. Earle Downing, Sr. at 1317 Governor Printz Boulevard in Wilmington, DE. A fourth generation company, we pride ourselves on 74 years of service  that could only have been accomplished by a company who stays focused on providing a reliable, dependable service while letting the finished product prove our worth.

Our proud history has carried our reputation in the past, but in the present we let our quality of work speak for itself. Being a family owned company we pride ourselves in working closely with the customer making sure they are satisfied every step of the way.

Our company is unique in that we are able to work with a wide variety of customers while working on virtually any job site in our field. Truly, no job is too large or small and we consider it a privilege every time we work with a customer.
